The university offers free PCR COVID-19 testing for students, faculty, staff at University-Oxford Depot. This is for both symptomatic or asymptomatic testing.
Hours and scheduling
- Monday through Friday, 3-7 p.m.
- Saturday, 12-4 p.m. (except on home game days)
- Sundays (home game weekends only), 12-4 p.m.
To schedule your test:

- Complete the Testing Intake Form
- You will receive a confirmation # to present at the testing site
- Show up (with your University-affiliated ID) any day, any time during testing hours that week.
The walk-in testing center is at the University-Oxford Depot, 102 Depot St., located in the lower parking lot just north of the Ford Center. Designated parking is provided to individuals getting tested.
You may print and fill out the UM HIPAA Release Informed Consent Form and bring it to your appointment. Blank paperwork will also be available at the testing site.

University Health Services testing
Symptomatic and asymptomatic COVID-19 testing will be available in Fall 2021 through University Health Services. If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms, you may schedule a test at the UM Health Center. See more about COVID-19 testing at University Health Services here. Students and employees should report a positive COVID-19 test to the Health Center.
Free symptomatic and asymptomatic COVID testing from MSDH is available Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Oxford Conference Center (102 Ed Perry Blvd). You must have an appointment, which can schedule at covidschedule.umc.edu. New appointment slots will become available each week.

Will testing be required for some extracurricular activities, or just required generally?
At this time, testing will not be required for extracurricular activities.
